Time - the ultimate commodity, or an ever fleeting moment existing just out of our reach? In connecting with and contemplating the construct of time one thing has become evident - time is merely an illusion. We believe that time is linear. That since there was a yesterday, and we are currently living in today, that there is a tomorrow. Nothing could be further from the truth. There is no guarantee that we will experience tomorrow. Rather, reframing our perspective of time and recognizing that all we truly have is this very moment, is liberating. The worries and apprehensions we carry of what we can, could, and ought to be melt away. Think about it - if all you had was this very moment, would you be doing exactly what you are doing now?
